La Puente, Los Angeles County
La Puente is home to the Donut Hole, a bakery built in 1968 in the shape of two giant chocolate donuts that customers drive through to place their orders, a favorite stop for wedding parties. The city covers about three and a half square miles in the San Gabriel Valley and is almost surrounded by the warehouses and factories of the City of Industry.
